Shipping Policy

Craft Obsession HQ delivers nationwide within South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Customers may also arrange collection in Lonehill, Johannesburg. Collection can be done in person or via Uber/third-party courier arranged by the customer. Please note that collections arranged through Uber or other services are entirely at the customer’s own risk, and Craft Obsession HQ cannot be held responsible for parcels once they have been handed over.

Dispatch Times

Standard orders: Dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment clears
Orders containing personalised items: Dispatched within 3–5 business days

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate urgent orders that include personalised items.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

2–5 working days for major areas
5–7 working days for outlying areas

Final delivery costs may vary depending on delivery location, parcel size, weight, and insured value. Larger parcels or certain areas may attract additional courier charges.

Receiving Your Order
Anyone at the delivery address may accept the parcel on your behalf, and identification may be required when receiving the order.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery or collection. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

Craft Obsession HQ uses third-party courier partners for delivery. While we aim to ensure a smooth delivery process, we cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier company.

Order Cancellations
Craft Obsession HQ reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch if necessary.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 7 days and we will supply you with a return address.

Items will be refunded with a cash refund via bank transfer, providing that you do not use the item, it is in the same condition as when you first bought it, and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. We suggest insuring the parcel as we are not responsible if it does not reach us.

Unfortunately, delivery and package costs to return the item and delivery charges on order of the item are non-refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
If your return is because you no longer want the product or do not like the product, even though it has no faults, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us.

In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of delivery and either refund in cash via bank transfer, credit note or exchange the goods. Please check carefully before returning any item and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

In certain cases we may charge up to 10% on returned items i.e Items need to be repackaged etc.

We will confirm when your return or exchange has been processed.
Please note that personalised items, items supplied on special orders and wholesale orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
