We deliver nationwide within South Africa using trusted courier partners.
Yes. Orders can be collected from Lonehill, Johannesburg.
You may collect in person or arrange collection through Uber or another third-party courier service. Please note that collections arranged through Uber or similar services are entirely at the customer’s own risk once the parcel has been handed over.
Standard orders: dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment clears
Orders with personalised items: dispatched within 3–5 business days, or more if the order is for a large quantity
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
2–5 working days for major areas
5–7 working days for outlying areas
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier.

Door-to-door courier delivery: from R130
PUDO locker delivery: from R80
Delivery costs may vary depending on parcel size, weight, insured value, and delivery location.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate urgent orders for personalised items, as these require production time. Where possible, urgent orders for non-personalised items will be fulfilled.
Returns are accepted for incorrect or damaged items, provided you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Personalised or customised items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Delivery is handled by third-party couriers, and delays may occasionally occur. If your parcel is delayed, we are happy to assist in following up with the courier.
If the courier confirms that a parcel is lost, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Courier investigations usually take 7–10 business days
Payment options will be displayed at checkout and may include secure online payment methods supported by our payment provider as well as offline payments via bank transfer/ATM deposit.
